 Basic anatomy and physiology: Cell physiology, the locomotor system, the nervous system, the cardiovascular system, the respiratory system

 Fitness and performance parameters 

 General concepts of training, training principles and -control  

 Methods for increasing performance 

 BEMER-therapy in professional and recreational athletics 

 Practical exercises (taking into consideration individual exercise condition of the participant) and sports-medical tests
